The Otterbrook Farm

In recent years, we have perfected many family recipes, some of which cakes and cookies are available at the local markets.

We sell dried herbs, like basil and oregano, and various kinds of mint.

As a new addition, we have purchased a freeze-drier and now offer freeze-dried herbs which bring more flavour to your recipes, and freeze-dried fruits ideal for a healthy snack.

Our baked goods include traditional European pies and cookies, as well as our special fudge!
